Paul Harris, Chairman

Paul is a qualified chartered accountant and has over ten years’ experience investing in and managing leisure businesses. He has investments in a number of major leisure companies in holiday parks, hotels, gaming, recreation and media production with combined revenue of almost £1 billion, giving access to unique services and investment opportunities. He had previously worked in corporate finance in the City for ten years.

Henry Spratt, Managing Director

Henry is a football agent licenced by the FA.  He has an outstanding network within football, both at the grass roots and board level of the game.  He specialises in advising on all aspects of playing contract and transfer negotiations, as well as commercial deals.  Henry has also worked in corporate finance for over a decade and founded Bristol York, an investment bank authorised and regulated by the FSA.

Adam Wheatley, Director

After a career in the Army, Adam was the original co-founder of Mission Sports Management with Sir Ian Botham. Growing the business from a start-up, with a detailed understanding of image rights, player representation, sponsorship, and licensing, Adam has negotiated multi million pound deals across a number of different sports with brands, rights holders, clubs and sporting bodies.  Adam played first class rugby and represented Great Britain at Bobsleigh and also holds a commercial pilot’s licence.

Kevin Pietersen MBE, Director

Kevin Pietersen burst onto the International cricket scene in 2005, hitting 3 back to back One day centuries. His many achievements include ICC player of the year, winning 3 Ashes, playing in the World number one ranked test team and Winning a World Cup.  KP brings a wealth of experience and contacts from the World of Sport and understands what sportsmen need from their management company.
